About UsWe are University of Iowa journalism students covering the Iowa caucuses for news outlets across Iowa and elsewhere in the nation as part of a course named "Presidential Politics." We are interviewing key caucus players including candidates, campaign officials, and national and local reporters. We attend political rallies, travel with candidates, and talk to students and other voters who may show up for the contests in nearly 2,000 precincts on Jan. 19, 2004. We report, take photographs and write stories. The best of our work goes on this Web site. |
